JEE is an entrance examination for various engineering colleges all over India. It is considered to be one of the most-challenging examinations to ever exist. It is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). JEE is your gateway to prestigious colleges like, IITs, NITs, and CFTIs. This examination is conducted in two parts:

  • 1.JEE MAINS
  • 2.JEE ADVANCE

Several other colleges mark the scores of JEE Advance as a part of their eligibility criteria.

Reservation-

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC-NCL and EWS can avail a benefit of 15%, 7.5%, 27% and 10% respectively based on JEE Main Reservation. Also, candidates with 40% or more disability applying for JEE MAIN 2023 have a seat reservation benefit of 5% in each of the above-mentioned categories.

FAQs

1.Is JEE Mains 2024 syllabus reduced?

JEE Mains 2024 syllabus is not reduced. The JEE Main exam pattern is similar to previous year where you will be given choices in the question paper.

2.How many chapters are there in JEE Mains syllabus?

There are a total of 64 chapters in JEE Mains syllabus – 16 in Math, 20 in Physics and 28 in Chemistry. You have to study all the chapters and topics given in the detailed syllabus of JEE Main.
